Just as the President of CHARISMA Premium Marketing began in the business, every employee begins their new career path in the Entry Level Marketing Representative position allowing the chosen individual an opportunity to learn the entire operation from Entry Level on up.  Anything that an employee is asked to do is something that the President has already performed and accomplished himself.  All promotions are earned from within and are based off of an individual's performance rather than seniority.  Therefore, the length of time an individual stays in a position is solely based off of the performance of that particular individual.  The average amount of time it takes for an individual to achieve the level of Operation Manager varies from 6 to 12 months.
